Objectives: Effective Coordination and Management of the project.
Description of Work: WP1 will deal with the overall financial, administrative, and operational management of the project as well as the coordination and supervision of the project activities. It will also secure the flow of information between the WPs, monitor the quality and timing of the results and secure the undisturbed communication with ELIDEK. Given the nature of this project the PI will have the key role in managing the research team. As the team is located in the same institute, frequent meetings and updates will be carried out to discuss progress and solve any problems arising (e.g. biweekly).
